FWSS E-Learning Platform Pilot Training

Οn 5 July 2024, the FWSS E-Learning Platform Pilot Training in Greece served as both an introduction to the platform’s functionalities and a detailed evaluation of its effectiveness across several critical dimensions. Participants were trained to navigate the platform and engage with its content, while providing structured feedback on areas such as user interface (UI) and design, assessing the platform's ease of use, clarity of layout, and overall accessibility. Additionally, the content relevance and quality were scrutinized, with participants evaluating the accuracy, depth, and applicability of the materials to the social sector’s challenges. The platform's technical performance was reviewed for stability, speed, and cross-device compatibility, ensuring that the platform performs reliably under varied conditions.

Another dimension of the evaluation focused on the learning path structure was assessed for logical progression and coherence, ensuring that modules are well-organized to enhance skill development. Additionally, the platform’s customizability and adaptability were examined, specifically its capacity to cater to diverse learning needs, such as foreign workers or specific organizational contexts.

From a strategic perspective, participants evaluated the platform’s ability to enhance the social sector’s attractiveness, improve administrative efficiency, support the integration of foreign workers, and foster diversity and inclusion.

This comprehensive evaluation, conducted through interactive sessions, Q&As, and assessments offered participants hands-on experience and enabled a critical analysis of the platform’s usability, functionality, and relevance. The feedback gathered through this process will play a crucial role in refining the platform for broader, more effective implementation.
